Are you logged in as an administrator or a user that is member of the local administrators group or as a normal user?

So you are trying to create a folder on your local drive (mapped to the rdp session) and there is no "New" entry in the context menu? I've just tested that with two terminal servers and can reproduce that behaviour. There is a thread here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverTS/thread/c344fd80-dbd2-45c3-ae72-33d53295ca12 that describes it. I don't know if there's any solution yet. What works for me is to create a folder on the Desktop (within the rdp session, of course) and move that folder to the drive.
